We’re looking for a Sales Leader to shape and drive our group-wide functions & events sales strategy - someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves the hustle, working with a team, and brings a sharp commercial lens to everything they do. There is a competitive salary and a bonus structure for the right candidate.

What You Bring:

Proven track record in sales leadership within the hospitality industry

Highly motivated and results-driven with a natural ability to close deals

Strong commercial acumen and ability to interpret data to inform decisions

Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills

Experience leading and developing a team

Passion for hospitality, guest experiences and brand storytelling

Ability to work across multiple venues and stakeholder groups

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales growth across function, event, group dining and corporate channels across multiple venues

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to maximize revenue opportunities

Build and maintain strong partnerships with key clients, corporates, agencies and community groups

Lead, mentor and grow a high-performing sales team

Work collaboratively with Venue Managers, Marketing, and Operations to align sales strategy with business objectives

Analyse performance and implement initiatives to drive revenue and meet targets

Represent Kickon Group with professionalism, energy and creativity
