Be the 'Go To' as the full time People and Culture Business Partner supporting 100 FTE across Australia and play a pivotal part in shaping the People and Culture function at MASPRO.
As the 2IC to the Head of People and Culture the business partner will support the execution of MASPRO’s new people strategy by delivering responsive and effective People & Culture support across the full employee lifecycle.
Working closely with our people leaders across multiple sites in Australia, this role plays a key part in embedding our values, enabling people performance, and driving consistent people practices that prepare MASPRO for future growth.

About the role:
Partner with leaders across the business to advise on HR matters, including performance, conduct, engagement, and capability.
Provide coaching and support to managers to build leadership capability and improve team performance.
Lead and coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience and attract and retain the right people to meet current and future needs.
Support employee relations and case management, including disciplinary and performance matters, grievance resolution, and documentation.
Coordinate and contribute to key annual cyclical initiatives such as performance reviews, remuneration processes, employee engagement surveys, and recognition programs.
Partner on key people initiatives across the employee lifecycle, such as engagement initiatives, workforce planning, organisational change, and development programs.
Contribute to developing and reviewing policies, position descriptions, and employment templates.
Ensure HR practices align with employment legislation, modern awards, and internal governance requirements.
Support data collection and reporting for workforce insights, audits, and continuous improvement.

The ability to understand the business context and apply this insight to tailor people solutions that support operational and strategic goals.
Build strong relationships across the organisation and influence, guide, and support managers and employees with credibility and trust.
Coach leaders to improve team performance, build capability, and lead in alignment with organisational values.
Analyse issues objectively, consider risk and compliance, and apply sound judgement to resolve people-related matters.
Plan and delivers cyclical and project-based initiatives with clear timelines and team collaboration.
Adapt effectively to change, remaining solution-focused and calm in a dynamic work environment.
Apply emotional intelligence in daily interactions, fostering respectful communication and constructively managing conflict.
Demonstrate strong knowledge of employment legislation, modern awards, and internal governance to ensure compliance and consistency.
