Our client is seeking a values-driven People & Culture Business Partner to support a compassionate workforce delivering essential services through one of Australia’s largest providers of services to vulnerable communities.

As the People & Culture Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in enabling workforce stability and growth. Your expertise will directly support staff and leaders across crucial functions within the organisation.

This role will involve:

• Partner with leaders across operational teams to support workforce planning, culture, and employee engagement.
• Provide coaching and support across performance, conduct, employee relations, and change management processes.
• Lead or support key HR projects and initiatives to enhance organisational effectiveness and compliance.
• Collaborate with other P&C functions including recruitment, L&D, and payroll to deliver integrated solutions.
• Provide timely and accurate HR advice in line with relevant legislation, modern awards, enterprise agreements and organisational policy.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies and contribute to continuous improvement of HR systems and processes.
• Foster values-led leadership and inclusive practices across the workforce.

The requirements for this role include:

• Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, Industrial Relations or a related field.
• Proven experience in a generalist or business partner HR role, ideally within the NFP, health, or community services sector.
• Strong working knowledge of employment legislation, awards and best practice in employee relations.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and support organisations through change and redesign.
• Collaborative, pragmatic approach with a strong commitment to equity, diversity, and wellbeing in the workplace.
