KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process Accounts Payable including, invoices and payment runs for the Group.
• Handle and manage daily receipts of large value as well as processing accounts receivable transactions
• Complete end of month reconciliation of AP/AR ledger and agree supplier statements to the sub-ledger balances.
• Create and process daily bank payments and prepare monthly bank reconciliations for the Group.
• Process and allocate bank receipts into our Accounts Receivable software, Sybiz.
• Assist with and learn about payroll and other areas of the business with growth in the role available.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Reconciliation experience required
• Accounting skills and system knowledge of Sybiz and Excel are required.
• A degree would be an advantage with view to continuing career progression.
