Join a reputable and growing insurance building company based in Malaga, WA. We’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Finance Assistant to support our Senior Finance Manager with day-to-day bookkeeping, accounts and HR tasks.

About the Role

• Working closely with the Finance Manager, your key duties will include:

• Daily bookkeeping and data entry

• High-volume data entry, especially across Accounts Payable

• Assist with payroll and accounts receivable tasks as required

• Payroll processing and superannuation contributions

• BAS and PAYG preparation support

• Supporting with HR admin, including onboarding and maintaining employee records

• Assistance with general finance and administrative duties

About You

Proven experience in bookkeeping, accounts and HR support

Proficiency in Xero

Understanding of payroll and basic HR compliance

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Discretion when dealing with confidential financial and employee information
