your role
Our partners are seeking a dynamic and experienced Industrial Tenant Representative to join their growing team.

You’ll act as a trusted advisor to industrial and supply chain clients, helping them secure spaces that support operational performance and long-term business goals.

• Represent tenants in the identification and negotiation of real estate solutions, including leases, renewals, expansions, and relocations.
• Analyse client supply chain and logistics requirements
• Leverage market intelligence to advise on trends in warehousing, e-commerce logistics
• Develop and present strategic occupancy plans and financial analyses that drive decision-making.
• Conduct site tours, broker meetings, and RFP processes on behalf of tenants.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, brokers, developers, and internal teams.
• Work with legal, finance, and operations teams to finalise lease documentation and ensure transaction accuracy.
• Support multi-site and national portfolio strategies for industrial users with complex networks.
• Stay informed on emerging supply chain technologies, sustainability trends, and industrial infrastructure developments.

your advantage

• 4-5 years of experience in commercial real estate with a focus on industrial tenant representation, logistics, or supply chain strategy.
• Strong negotiation skills and knowledge of lease terms, transaction structures, and market dynamics.
• Financial modeling and pro forma analysis experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, client management, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
• Real estate license.
