The Benefits

• Up to $95,000 + super + fuel card + parking

The Position, but not limited to

• Management of a tidy portfolio of circa 100 properties - all local
• Leasing support
• All PCRS outsourced
• Shared Assistant to help with all admin and leasing

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in managing your own portfolio is essential
• Positive can do attitude Excellent time management
• Exceptional communication & Quality negotiation skills
• Immaculate presentation and highly motivated individual
• Work well in a team environment
