Workdays: Monday – Friday (Part Time Optional)

Working Hours: Flexible (Office Hours - 8:30am – 4:30pm)

Location: Wangaratta & Bundalong

Key Responsibilities

Drive excellence by designing and refining policies, procedures, and bold continuous improvement strategies.

Keep Training and Assessment Strategies (TAS) and staff competency matrices sharp, current, and impactful.

Manage student records with care and accuracy, ensuring compliance at every step.

Empower your colleagues through engaging training and hands-on support in all thing’s compliance.

Be the go-to connection for auditors, regulators, and key stakeholders — building trust and credibility.

Oversee validation and moderation processes that keep standards high and outcomes exceptional.

Stay ahead of the curve by keeping on top of RTO legislation and compliance changes.

About you

Comprehensive knowledge of the Standards for RTOs and national regulatory frameworks.

Experience with student management systems and reporting platforms (e.g., VETtrak, JobReady, AVETMISS, CloudAssess).

Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (Minimum)

Relevant qualifications Compliance or Auditing (desirable)
