The Role:

Lead a team of 4 developers (which is likely to grow in the near future), balancing project leadership with hands-on development. This role focuses on driving innovation within the team, enhancing the engineering tech stack, and mentoring team members in a high-performance environment.

Guide the development team and delegate tasks to achieve successful project delivery. Ensure technical tasks are prioritised appropriately, and have the final decision on all team efforts.

Requirements:

Experienced with software engineering, specialising in C#/.Net Core development.

Frontend UI capability with React, Angular or Vue.

Strong skills with Microservices architecture.

Official people management experience preferred, but mentorship of other devs will also be considered.

Test-driven approach to software development (Desirable).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
