π§ Purpose of the Role
The Operations Support Officer plays a vital role in supporting the coordination and administration of services at Magical Care. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations by assisting with rostering, compliance documentation, and administrative tasks. You will also participate in an after-hours on-call roster to manage urgent service issues outside of business hours.

π§© Key Responsibilities Responsibilities
Roster Support β Maintain the master roster, assist with filling shifts, and confirm staff coverage based on client needs.
Client & Staff Administration β Upload and organise documents, track expiry dates (e.g. Police Checks, First Aid), and keep records accurate and up to date.
Operational Support β Respond to calls and emails, assist with bookings, and perform general admin tasks such as scanning, filing, and note preparation.
After-Hours On-Call (shared) β Participate in a rotating on-call roster to manage urgent service disruptions and escalate as needed.
Other Administrative duties as required
