👩‍⚕️ About the Role

We are currently hiring qualified and compassionate Support Workers for a variety of shifts, including immediate needs in:

📍 Heidelberg, Fairfield, Richmond, Maidstone, Epping, Craigieburn (Metro)
📍 Deer Park, Geelong (West & Regional VIC)

Your responsibilities may include:
- Providing transport and community access
- Social companionship and emotional support
- Light domestic tasks, shopping, and errands
- Supporting people with autism, anxiety, PTSD, or behaviours of concern
- Following care plans and encouraging routine and independence

Shifts typically range from 2–6 hours across weekdays and weekends.

✅ What You’ll Need

Mandatory:
- Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care or equivalent
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle
- First Aid & CPR Certificate (HLTAID011 or equivalent)
- Working With Children Check (if applicable)
- Strong communication skills, patience, and emotional resilience

Desirable:
- Experience with autism, trauma-informed care, or behaviors of concern
- Multilingual or culturally aware background
