The Opportunity

The Client Service Associate plays a critical role and will see the successful candidate being a key contact point day-to-day with clients. The role involves administering all aspects of the advice process within XPLAN, including discovery meetings, preparation of annual planning meetings, and implementation of advice.

About You

To be successful in this role you will require the following;

Experience in an administrative/support function within a financial planning business;

A vibrant personality;

Excellent communication skills, including a professional phone manner;

A willingness to learn and improve;

Strong attention to detail & ability to meet deadlines;

Work closely as a team and be supportive; and

XPLAN experience preferred.
