- Implementing a WA-specific partnership strategy and annual business plan
- Leading local engagement events to strengthen corporate relationships
- Forecasting revenue, tracking pipeline activity, and providing monthly performance reports
- Collaborating with national teams to ensure an aligned strategy and consistent partnership delivery
- Working with internal stakeholders (marketing, research, programs) to support partnership goals

- Supporting negotiations and securing long-term, high-value commitments
What you’ll need:
- Proven experience in corporate partnerships, sponsorship, or B2B relationship management
- A solid understanding of CSR, cause marketing, and fundraising in the not-for-profit or commercial sector
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including proposal writing and presentations
- Confidence in networking, negotiating, and building trust with senior stakeholders
- High-level organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with forecasting, reporting, and CRM or pipeline management
- A collaborative approach with the ability to work cross-functionally
- Passion for community health and driving meaningful outcomes
- Flexibility to attend occasional after-hours events or meetings, and travel as required
What’s in it for you:
- Salary packaging to help you make the most of your earnings
- A strong commitment to flexible working-from-home options – up to 50% of your week
- A supportive and inclusive workplace culture where your contributions are valued
- Additional gifted leave during the Christmas shutdown period
- Providing opportunities for people to thrive personally and professionally
- Wellbeing programs and initiatives to support you
- Encouraging open communication channels
