As the Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales of EMS dental products. Daily tasks include engaging with clients, conducting training sessions on product usage, and developing sales strategies to expand our market presence. The role also involves continuous engagement with dental professionals to promote and sell EMS’s innovative dental solutions. You will ensure the after sales experience is second to none, including troubleshooting any issues, ensuring a smooth and reliable process to service and maintain the customers' device.

You will support workshops with local sales partners/distributors and represent our company at regional and national trade exhibits, congresses, and professional training events

Qualifications

Proven Sales experience in the Dental Field is a must

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills

Ability to conduct Training sessions for dental professionals

Sales-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets

Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

You have relevant experience in consultative selling

You strongly identify with EMS’s Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT) concept and our premium products

Familiarity with dental hygiene/prophylaxis is a plus

You are an excellent communicator with a confident demeanor and experience with demanding target groups

You maintain a positive, results and solution-oriented mindset

You demonstrate independent, entrepreneurial thinking and action, with a strong ability to close sales

You take great pleasure in working with people and are a true team player

You work proactively, independently, and with precision

You have excellent English skills, both written and spoken
