About the role:
We are on the hunt for Front of House Supervisors to become valued members of the Wild Bakery team.
This is a highly varied role, providing you with career opportunities within our growing and diverse business.
You will be working with a broad team, leading and providing support in the day to day running of the bakery. Entrusted to provide the highest level of customer experience, you will also be responsible for supervising daily shifts. The supervisor will also be required to encourage team members to enhance their customer service and customer relations whilst meeting daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensuring an iconic experience for Wild Bakery customers and staff
Leading team members and promoting a positive and respectful work environment.
Training and supporting staff.
Maintaining excellent product knowledge.
Implementing strategies to help increase customer experience and satisfaction.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a FOH or supervisory role, preferably in a bakery or café.
Strong customer service and leadership skills.
Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
Excellent communication and time management.
Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in coffee making is appreciated.
