About the Role
An exciting opportunity now exists for a passionate and commercially-minded Store Manager to lead this beautifully refreshed store in Burnside. This is the ideal role for a polished sales leader who thrives in a premium environment and knows how to bring out the best in their people.

What you will do

Drive a sales and service culture that delivers exceptional customer experiences

Lead, develop and inspire your team to meet and exceed sales and KPI targets

Oversee all store operations, including stock, visual merchandising, and reporting

Foster strong client relationships and ensure high brand standards at every touchpoint

What you will bring

Proven experience in retail management, ideally in fashion or premium retail

A passion for people, coaching, and creating a high-performing culture

Results-focused mindset with a track record of delivering on KPIs

Professional, customer-first attitude and an eye for presentation
