We’re on the lookout for an experienced and reliable Café Supervisor or strong 2IC to join our growing patisserie team.

This role is perfect for someone with great people skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for high-quality cake and coffee service.

Annualised salary of $63,000 – $72,000

About the role:

Oversee daily front-of-house operations

Lead the team during peak periods including weekends

Handle daily decorated cake preparation and presentation

Deliver friendly and professional service – coffee, cakes, customer care

Support store manager with training, rostering, and admin tasks

Ensure cleanliness and uphold food safety standards

You’ll need:

Previous supervisory or 2IC experience in a busy café or bakery

Strong customer service and leadership skills

Barista experience highly regarded

Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday)

Fluent English and full work rights in Australia
