Are you an experienced barista with a passion for coffee? Bring your expertise and dedication to a new role as full-time Barista Supervisor at our Dubbo CBD café.

Your Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Prepare and serve coffee beverages with care and consistency, ensuring each cup meets our standards.

- Showcase your skill and creativity through latte art (preferred but not required).

- Engage customers in meaningful conversations about our coffee and build genuine relationships with our customers and team.

- Maintain a clean and organised café.

- Regularly calibrate and maintain equipment.

- Collaborate seamlessly with fellow team members, supporting each other to maintain a smooth workflow during peak hours and deliver exceptional customer service.

- Cultivate a welcoming and friendly atmosphere, providing attentive and personal service to create a memorable experience for every customer.

- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently.

- Contribute to the overall ambiance of our coffee shop by assisting with tasks such as organising displays and maintaining an inviting environment.

Requirements:

- At least 2 years of experience as a barista.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- The ability to engage customers in informative and enjoyable conversations.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitask effectively, and maintain composure under pressure.

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays, to accommodate the needs of our customers.

- High standards of professionalism, hygiene, and attention to detail.

- Positive attitude, team player mentality, and a strong work ethic.
