High Scope Recruitment is currently seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Executive who thrives in a fast-paced production environment. Located in Western Sydney, our client is a leading global supplier across retail, foodservice, and food ingredient sectors. Key responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for processing sales orders, credit claims, and return requests promptly and accurately.

Manage and apply specific customer requirements through both internal and external systems.

Verify stock availability and pricing; escalate supply or pricing issues as needed.

Communicate proactively with customers regarding order confirmations, changes, pricing updates, quantities, and estimated delivery dates.

Ensure sales orders are released to the warehouse within designated cut-off times.

Provide supporting documentation to internal and external stakeholders as required, such as PODs, invoices, and technical or product information.

Work closely with relevant stakeholders to address and resolve customer issues or complaints in a timely and effective manner.

Prioritize and monitor time-sensitive deliveries to key customers.

Participate in departmental meetings and contribute as required.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer-specific requirements in the AX database, including delivery times, pallet preferences, and access limitations.

Manage and maintain EDI systems to ensure accurate and timely exchange of data between the company and its customers, suppliers, and logistics partners.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a customer service or call centre environment, including familiarity with relevant systems.

Experience handling high-volume data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

Proficient in general computer operations with intermediate-level skills.

Practical understanding of Work Health and Safety (WHS) policies and procedures.

Willingness to adopt a flexible working schedule when needed to support critical business requirements.
