About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of landscape projects, ensuring all work is completed to high standards and in accordance with design specifications and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

· Planning and constructing gardens and landscaped environments.

· Planting and maintaining lawns, shrubs, trees, flowers, and bulbs.

· Installing irrigation systems and outdoor structures.

· Testing, maintaining, and repairing irrigation systems.

· Pruning, fertilising, mulching, and pest management.

· Operating and maintaining gardening equipment and machinery.

· Assessing soil conditions and recommending plant species and garden designs suited to site conditions.

· Working from landscape plans and drawings to achieve desired designs.

· Liaising with clients and team members to ensure project expectations are met.

Skills

· Minimum 2 years experience in landscape gardening, horticulture, or a similar trade

· Relevant qualifications in horticulture or landscaping preferred

· Ability to read and interpret landscape plans

· Strong physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour outdoors

· Valid Australian driver’s licence

· Reliable, punctual, and able to work autonomously
