Nature’s Vision is a long-established landscape firm Est 1997, with our design studio on the NSW, Central Coast.

Our team are experienced in the residential sector, projects are approached in a personal collaborative effort through the varying phases of a design concept to a detailed landscape plan, the design implementation through high quality construction and skilled garden maintenance to ensure our gardens reach their full potential.

Maintained gardens are nurtured with experience and dedication.

We pride ourselves on skilled horticultural services, this opportunity will be to work amongst a passionate and talented team that care about growing beautiful gardens.

ROLE OVERVIEW

The successful applicant must be passionate about plants, inspired to develop gardens and build relationships with clients.

Positive attitude in all facets of a working day

Enthusiastic, honest with a strong work ethic

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

Extensive plant knowledge and experience with managing pests, diseases and irrigation.

Experience within the garden or similar industry

Skilled working with tools

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Aiming to achieve a high level of horticulture services for our clients.

Day to day tasks will include planting, pruning, weeding, lawn services, fertilising, and general garden care.

Coach and mentor apprentices, share experiences and lessons learned to increase firms’ common knowledge.

A lead role will see to encourage responsiveness and communicating clear expectations of all tasks, task prioritisation and to execute a programmed schedule.

Travel within a company vehicle to service multiple gardens across Central Coast with limited days outside our local area.

CREDENTIALS

Current driver’s license required

Permanent Australia resident with full working rights
