Join Our Team as a Rostering Officer at Vertaview Group!

1 x Permanent Full-Time Position
1 x Full-Time Parental Leave Contract (up to 12-months)

Are you a highly organised professional with rostering experience? We are looking for a skilled Rostering Officer to help manage our staff resources and ensure timely, efficient service delivery. In this key role, you will make a direct impact on the lives of those we support by ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time.

What You'll Do:

  • Schedule and deploy staff resources to meet the needs of our consumers.
  • Provide timely communication regarding roster changes.
  • Collaborate closely with teams to manage leave and ensure continuous service delivery.
  • Investigate issues and work collaboratively to implement solutions efficiently.
  • Perform administrative and reporting tasks to meet compliance.
  • Play an active role in fostering a supportive and collaborative team culture.

What skills will you bring?

  • Proficiency in UKG Pro Workforce Management or similar rostering software.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage shifting priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail with strong organisational capabilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of rostering principles and the interpretation of Enterprise Agreements/Awards.
  • Proficiency in using a variety of software packages and administrative tools

Mandatory Requirements:

  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance – or be willing to obtain.
  • Working with Children’s Check – or be willing to obtain.
  • NDIS Orientation Module – Quality, Safety & You.
  • Rights to work in Australia.
