An exciting opportunity exists to join our marvellous Student Enrolment Team as a Student Support & Advisor, this is for you if you are someone who is passionate about human potential, has a mature, consultative approach to sales, and loves connecting with people on the phone and face-to-face.

📞 What you’ll be doing

Guiding potential students who enquire via phone, email, or online to the course that best fits their aspirations

Following up inbound leads (no cold calling) and building connection through warm consultative conversations

Booking and hosting 1:1 coffee chats at our world-class Melbourne HQ or online

Personally inviting people to live events, training sessions, and discovery seminars

Supporting sales and enrolments at in-person and virtual trainings

Meeting and exceeding monthly KPIs with pride and professionalism

Delivering an exceptional buying experience that people rave about

Creating lasting impact and inspiring transformation through every conversation

⭐ What you bring

Minimum 12 months experience in consultative sales (ideally phone-based or face-to-face)

Natural warmth and communication that builds instant trust
