About the Role

This is a hands-on, high-impact position. You’ll be part of the entire marketing function ads, CRM, social, content, and automation and work directly with the founder to drive measurable growth.

You’ll inherit a solid foundation, established content, active campaigns, and strong brand traction.

Your mission is to turn what’s working well into a scalable, systemised engine that drives consistent lead flow, sharpens our brand, and amplifies growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

Run paid ads: Meta, Google, LinkedIn — track CPL, ROAS, and lead quality

Own the CRM & funnel: Build automations, nurture flows, segment lists

Build a content rhythm: Repurpose video into blogs, carousels, and reels

Manage social media: LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook — drive brand presence

Design or brief creatives: Maintain a premium visual identity (Canva okay)

Support promotions & webinars: Launch lead gen activations and giveaways

Document & systemise: SOPs, campaign tracking, reporting, playbooks

What You Bring

2–5 years in a marketing role (agency, startup, freelance — we’re open)

Hands-on experience with Meta + Google ads and real performance results

Understanding of CRM flows, lead funnels, and automations

Ability to create or direct quality content — blogs, reels, landing pages

Bonus: familiarity with tools like ActiveCampaign, Zapier, Calendly, Wix

Hunger to grow, improve, and eventually lead a team
