Are you a compassionate and experienced nurse looking to make a real impact in primary healthcare? Our friendly and supportive general practice in Taree is seeking a dedicated Practice Nurse Enrolled to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Chronic disease management and care planning (GPMP/TCA)

Health assessments and immunisations

Wound care and dressings

ECGs, spirometry, and pathology collection (if trained)

Assisting with minor procedures

Patient triage and support

Maintaining infection control and cold chain compliance

Managing recalls and reminders using practice software

Requirements

AHPRA registration as a Enrolled Nurse (EN)

Previous experience in general practice or primary care preferred

Proficient in Best Practice or similar software (or willingness to learn)

Excellent communication, organisational and clinical skills

Ability to work both independently and within a team
