About the Position

Currently an exciting opportunity exists for a Quality and Service Manager to join the team. Responsibilities will include:

Identify construction quality issues on site and consult with leadership team

Contribute to design and pre construction

Identify issues of non conformance of trades

Provide measured surveys and detailed reports on defects and actions recommended

Ensure compliance to Australian standards and NCC

Report on progress costs and prevention techniques to Managers

Manage maintenance and service team

Develop and recommend methods of maintenance and cost reduction

What we're looking for:

Experience as a Construction Manager or Senior Supervisor in volume project housing

Current Builders or QLD Supervisors licence

Strong leadership skills and a collaborative approach
