About the role

Playbill Pty Ltd is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused AFL Retail Assistants to join our team in Melbourne, VIC. This is a casual and/or part-time position, offering flexible work arrangements to suit your lifestyle.

What you'll be doing

Providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers with product selection and purchases

Maintaining high standards of presentation and organisation within the retail space

Processing sales transactions, handling cash and preparing end-of-day reporting

Restocking and replenishing merchandise as needed

Adhering to all company policies, procedures and health and safety guidelines

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably within the sports or merchandise industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment

Flexible and adaptable, with the availability to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Enthusiastic and energetic, with a keen interest in Australian Rules Football
