We’re extremely careful about who we bring on to maintain our awesome team culture. So here’s what we’d like to see from you:

Love to plumb and take pride in your work

Manual driver’s license (MR or above will also be looked upon favorably)

Min. Cert III in Plumbing Trade Certificate

Construction white card

Willingness to learn new skills and how we tackle our operations

Will take care of the machines / vehicles like they’re your own

Valid excavator operator tickets + any other relevant tickets/qualifications are desirable

Excellent customer service & communication skills

Desire to grow professionally in the business and take on more responsibility

Be a team player. Honest, trustworthy, and hardworking…. (Everyone on our team takes ownership of their actions… the good, the bad and the ugly!)

You’re able to work un-supervised, run your own jobs, and take initiative

Positive attitude, great work ethic, strong handshake & all-round great bloke!
