Responsibilities:

Engaging with new and existing customers to understand their needs

Providing expert product advice

Coordinate with sales team, logistics, and finance

Respond to customer inquiries and provide support

Managing sales leads, quotations, and follow-ups

Meeting monthly sales targets and KPIs

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Familiarity with MYOB systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

High attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred:

Background in retail industry

Knowledge of Shopify or MYOB systems
