Skills, Qualifications & Experience Required

· Minimum Certificate III in Baking, Bread Baking, or equivalent qualification

· At least two to three years of hands-on experience as a Baker in a commercial setting

· Strong teamwork and communication skills

· Must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or hold a visa permitting full-time work

About the role

We are seeking a full-time Baker (38 hours/week across 5 days) to support daily bakery operations and maintain our exceptional product standards. Your main duties include but are not limited to the following:

· Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the production area and equipment

· Prepare baking materials and ingredients prior to production

· Measure, mix, and prepare dough and batters according to recipes

· Portion dough accurately for product consistency

· Monitor oven temperature and baking time during production

· Inspect the quality of finished products prior to display or sale

· Clean and reset equipment after production

Remuneration

Salary range: $73,000 – $78,000 per annum + superannuation, based on qualifications and experience.
