Makibe Australia are looking for Skilled Precast Labourers to join our client's team in Smeaton Grange for an immediate start:

About the Role:

7:30am - 3:30pm Monday to Friday

Casual to Permanent opportunity

Available for overtime and some Saturdays when required

Competitive pay rates based on experience and capability

Stable pipeline of work in a growing business

Hands-on, supportive leadership team

Duties include:

Prepare and strip steel and timber moulds

Set out and tie reinforcement; install cast-in components

Pour, screed, vibrate and finish concrete

Read and follow precast shop drawings

Operate hand tools, power tools, and trowel machines

Assist with crane lifts, demoulding, and panel handling

Maintain a clean, safe and efficient work area

To be successful:

Precast concrete experience (minimum 1–2 years)

Competent in formwork setup, reinforcement placement, and concrete finishing

Able to read and interpret precast drawings accurately

Fit and reliable – ready for early starts and physical work

Current driver’s license and own transport
