Sagona Bro’s Operations Pty Ltd is currently looking for a Conduit Layer / Skilled Labourer to join our civil team on a project in Newcastle. This is a casual role with an immediate start, and there’s opportunity for ongoing work for the right person.

We’re also open to hearing from multi-skilled operators with tickets for:

Excavator (GPS experience preferred)

HR Truck Licence

The main role is conduit installation and general labouring, but we value team members who are flexible and willing to help out where needed – whether that’s operating plant or jumping on other labouring tasks.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience laying conduit

Relevant conduit laying Authorisations, Qualifications and/or Licences.

White Card (Construction Induction Card).

Strong work ethic, punctuality, and safe work practices.

Reliable, safety-conscious and able to work in a team

Highly Regarded (but not essential):

Excavator Ticket

HR Truck Licence

Previous experience in Tier 1 or Tier 2 civil projects
