Labour Solutions Group is currently recruiting reliable and motivated Pick Packers and Forklift Operators to join our warehouses.

We work with warehouses based around Eastern Creek, Bella Vista, Marsden Park, Erskine Park, Pemulwuy, and Arndell Park.

What We Offer

Excellent pay rates

Day shifts starting from $32.32 per hour

Afternoon shifts starting from $36.20 per hour

Forklift operators receive higher rates

Multiple locations

Ongoing, consistent work – Monday to Friday rosters

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Pick packing orders accurately and efficiently

Operating RF scanners and EPJs (if experienced)

Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area

Meeting daily productivity and accuracy targets

Working collaboratively with the team to meet dispatch timelines

About You

Previous warehouse, pick packing, or forklift experience preferred

Comfortable using RF scanners and pallet jacks (training can be provided)

Positive, team-focused mindset with a strong work ethic

Reliable and punctual – someone who shows up and gets the job done

Forklift applicants must hold a current LF licence with recent experience
