Labourers / Tradies Wanted – Immediate Start

$32–$40/hr | Full-Time Available | Sydney-Based

Carpark King is looking for motivated labourers and tradies ready to take the next step. If you’ve got a solid work ethic, want variety, and hate doing the same thing every day, this is your opportunity.

We specialise in metal fixture installs, not carpentry — think bollards, cages, signage, height bars, and more, across construction and commercial sites around Sydney.

About the Role

This isn’t just labouring — this is a chance to be trained in multiple trades and build a long-term career with a company that actually invests in its crew.

You’ll start with metal fixture installations, then we’ll upskill you into:

Epoxy flooring (prep, coating, and repairs)

Line marking (carparks, warehouses, schools, basketball courts)

Concrete sealing, grinding, and surface cleaning

We’ll teach you how to run jobs start-to-finish and give you clear pathways into leadership roles. If you show up, do the work, and learn — you’ll grow here.

For the right person, this role includes full-time employment, a company vehicle and tools, EOY bonuses, and career progression.

Key Responsibilities

✔️ Install and secure metal fixtures (Guard Rail, bollards, cages, signage, height bars) No Day is the Same
✔️ Read and interpret basic construction plans
✔️ Operate power tools – drills, grinders, impact drivers – competently
✔️ Follow instructions properly — the first time
✔️ Assist with site setup, clean-up, and general labour
✔️ Travel to job sites around Sydney (towing when required)
✔️ Work closely with Leading Hands and Site Managers
✔️ Follow WHS procedures and keep gear in good nick

What We’re Looking For

Manual driver’s licence (required)

White Card

Silica and asbestos awareness (or willing to complete)

Confidence with power tools — no pretenders

Able to read site plans and work independently

Fit, reliable, and team-oriented

Own vehicle and tools is a bonus — but can be provided for the right candidate
