Trial By Fire Recruitment is working with several well-established joinery companies across Western Sydney. We're currently filling multiple full-time cabinet maker roles for factories based in Western Sydne including Seven Hills, Mulgrave, Clyde and Liverpool areas. These are clean, well-run workshops doing solid residential and commercial work — and they need people who can hit the ground running.

Whether you're coming off a job, between contracts, or just after something more stable, we want to hear from you!

These roles suit qualified trades and experienced makers who take pride in clean work and know how to pull their weight in a factory.

What you’ll be doing

Reading and working off joinery plans

Cutting, assembling, edging and finishing custom cabinetry

Working on kitchens, wardrobes, vanities and commercial fitouts

Collaborating with other trades on the factory floor

Keeping work areas clean and projects moving

What we’re looking for

Trade qualified cabinet makers or proven factory experience

Can read plans and work with minimal supervision

Strong attention to detail and clean workmanship

Reliable, punctual, and positive attitude on the floor

Comfortable working on both custom and volume joinery

What’s on offer

$35 to $50 per hour depending on experience and pay structure
