About the role

Fab Kitchens Pty Ltd, a leading supplier of custom-built kitchens and cabinets, is seeking a skilled Cabinet Maker to join our dynamic team in Girraween, NSW. As a full-time Cabinet Maker, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality, bespoke cabinetry and furniture to meet the needs of our discerning clients.

What you'll be doing

Reading and interpreting design plans to create custom-made cabinets and furniture

Operating woodworking machinery and tools to shape, assemble, and finish cabinetry

Collaborating with the design team to ensure the final products meet client specifications

Maintaining workshop cleanliness and equipment in a safe, organised manner

Delivering completed items to customer sites and providing excellent customer service

Contributing to the continuous improvement of our manufacturing processes

What we're looking for

Demonstrated experience as a Cabinet Maker, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role

Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques, including cabinet construction, joinery, and finishing

Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and designs

Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail

A keen eye for aesthetics and a passion for creating high-quality, functional furniture

A valid driver's licence and the ability to lift and transport heavy items

A team-oriented mindset and a commitment to workplace health and safety
