About the role

As the Facilities Coordinator, you will assist with all aspects of building services, statutory compliance, maintenance, sustainability, and risk management. You will play a key role in ensuring high standards of property maintenance and supporting the property team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Manage day-to-day site operations including functionality, escalation management, and administrative duties
• Respond to client inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
• Oversee Building Management Systems, maintenance schedules, and compliance requirements
• Handle procurement processes including purchase orders, invoice reviews, and billing
• Prepare contracts, manage documentation, and support emergency procedures

About you

To be successful in this role, it is essential to have experience in facilities management, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to compliance and safety.
