Full-Time Stock Controller – Maternity Leave Position

Healthsave Charlestown, located in Charlestown Square, is seeking an organised and reliable Stock Controller to cover a full-time maternity leave role, with the potential to transition into a job share position after 6 months.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail and a passion for efficient inventory management to become part of a professional and supportive team.

About the Role:

We are currently looking for a Stock Controller to oversee and manage the ordering, receiving, and stock control operations of our busy pharmacy. Experience in pharmacy or retail stock management is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate stock levels and perform regular stocktakes

Process orders, manage deliveries, and liaise with suppliers

Ensure efficient stock rotation and monitor expiry dates

Coordinate with pharmacy and front-of-shop teams to ensure stock availability

Assist with pricing, shelf labelling, and promotional displays

Use Minfos POS software to manage stock records

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in pharmacy or retail stock control (preferred)

Familiarity with Minfos POS software (advantageous)

Excellent organisational and time management skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Punctual, proactive, and reliable
