About the Role
You will be assisting with dispensing, stock management, and customer service while ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical guidelines. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping people.

Qualifications & Experience

Previous experience in a community pharmacy setting (required)

Familiarity with Z Office, Z Dispense, and Z Register (highly desirable)

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail

Experience in stock management, ordering, and merchandising

Knowledge of S2 and S3 products

Key Responsibilities

Follow all safety protocols and medication handling regulations

Support pharmacists with accurate and timely dispensing of medications

Maintain compliance with pharmaceutical guidelines and standards

Assist with stock control and merchandising

Communicate effectively with the pharmacy team and report any concerns promptly

Prepare and manage Dose Administration Aids (DAA) and Webster packs

Process PBS claims accurately and maintain PBS compliance standards
