Barone Pharmacy Woodcroft is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Pharmacy Assistant to join our friendly team on a full-time basis (~38 hours per week).

📍 Location: Barone Pharmacy, Woodcroft
⏰ Hours: Approximately 38 hours per week, including availability for one day on the weekend
📋 Reports to: Retail Manager

About the Role:
You’ll be an essential part of our team, working closely with the Retail Manager to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure the smooth operation of our store. If you’re passionate about health, community, and teamwork – we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Provide friendly and professional service to customers

Assist with over-the-counter product enquiries and recommendations

Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately

Restock shelves and maintain a clean, well-presented store

Support promotional activities and stock control

Work collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient day-to-day operations

What We’re Looking For:

Retail experience however previous experience in a pharmacy is preferred

Certificate II or III in Community Pharmacy is highly regarded

Strong communication and customer service skills

Attention to detail and ability to multitask

A positive attitude and team-first approach

Availability to work one day on the weekend
