We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Pharmacy Assistant to join our team at Cincotta Discount Chemist Penrith, NSW 2750. This is a part-time position, ideally available minimum 3 days a week, where you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting the daily operations of our pharmacy.

What you'll be doing

Assisting customers with their pharmaceutical and healthcare needs, including over-the-counter sales, and providing product information and advice.

Maintaining accurate inventory and stock control, ensuring the pharmacy is well-stocked and organised.

General office duties to support the smooth running of the pharmacy.

Collaborating with the pharmacy team to deliver a high standard of customer care and ensure efficient workflows.

Adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations, policies, and procedures.

What we're looking for

-Previous experience as a Pharmacy Assistant or in a customer-facing role within the healthcare or retail industry is a must.

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service

-Excellent organisational and multi-tasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail

-A passion for healthcare and a commitment to providing the best possible care to our customers

-A team player who is flexible and adaptable to the changing needs of the business

Current Pharmacy Assistant qualifications or a willingness to obtain relevant training
