As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales of our premium bathroom products and solutions. What you'll be doing

Provide knowledgeable and personalised sales assistance to customers, helping them select the perfect bathroom products and accessories to suit their needs and budget

Demonstrate product features and benefits, guiding customers through the purchasing process

Prepare detailed sales quotes and proposals, and follow up with customers to close sales

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's product range, pricing, and promotions

Collaborate with the design team to offer integrated bathroom solutions

Contribute to the achievement of the showroom's sales targets and goals

Provide exceptional customer service and foster long-term relationships with clients

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the bathroom or home improvement industry

Strong product knowledge and the ability to provide expert advice to customers

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively

A passion for providing exceptional customer service and a genuine desire to help customers find the best solutions

Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

Proficient in using CRM systems and sales-related software
