About the Role
We are seeking a personable, tech-savvy, and customer-focused Education Sales Consultant to handle inbound calls and chats from students enquiring about our courses and training programs.
❗ No cold calling – 100% inbound enquiries only.
You’ll be speaking and chatting with people who have actively reached out to us via phone, WhatsApp, web forms, or email.
What You’ll Do
Respond to inbound enquiries from potential students
Engage with incoming chat messages on platforms like WhatsApp, website chat, and email
Provide accurate, engaging information about NIT’s qualifications, short courses, and training pathways
Understand student needs and match them with the right program
Follow up with leads who request more info or want to enrol
Log all interactions in our CRM system for efficient tracking
Coordinate with internal staff for smooth enrolment processing
What You’ll Bring
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Friendly, professional, and patient demeanour
Prior experience in customer service, sales, or education advising (preferred)
Ability to handle multiple chats and calls effectively
Familiarity with messaging platforms like WhatsApp, Messenger, or Intercom (a plus)
Tech confidence with CRM tools and online platforms
