We’re looking for two dynamic and driven Sales Managers to join a Bondi Junction club. You’ll lead passionate in-club sales and experience teams, drive commercial outcomes, and ensure every member feels welcomed, supported and inspired - from their first visit through to their last.

What you’ll be doing:

• Champion the day-to-day delivery of an exceptional member experience in club
• Coach, develop and energise your team to smash their sales and save targets
• Create a seamless on-boarding process for new members
• Handle queries and feedback with warmth and professionalism
• Manage the member journey with care and strategic focus on retention
• Partner with the Club Manager on corporate sales opportunities and deals
• Present compelling proposals and pitch new partnerships

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has 2+ years of leadership experience in a sales, hospitality or customer experience setting
• Can confidently coach and lead high-performing teams
• Understands the full sales cycle and thrives in a KPI-driven environment
• Has experience in corporate or B2B sales (huge bonus!)
• Communicates clearly, connects easily and builds trust quickly
• Is calm, self-assured, and passionate about helping people grow
• Holds (or is willing to obtain) First Aid and a Working with Children Check
• Has flexible availability and is open to working one weekend day every second weekend
