What You’ll Do:

Lead shifts and set the tone for service excellence

Coach, train and energise a tight-knit team

Keep the store humming with strong systems and high standards

Work with upper leadership to shape the future of the business

Jump in, hustle hard, and work with purpose

What We’re Looking For:

1–3 years of experience in QSR / fast food / café ops

Already in a team lead / shift leader / 2IC role (or very ready for one)

Passionate about great food and a great customer experience

Cool under pressure, hands-on, and values-driven

Hungry to grow and open to being coached
