The Opportunity

As part of our ongoing commitment to product excellence and regulatory compliance, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Quality Officer to join our QA/QC team. This role can be tailored to the right candidate’s strengths – either focusing on Quality Assurance (QA) or Quality Control (QC) – depending on experience, interests, and internal team development.

Key Responsibilities

For QA-focused candidates:

Assist in maintaining and improving quality systems (HACCP, GMP, internal audits, CAPA, document control)

Support regulatory compliance and product release processes

Participate in new product development from a quality perspective

Investigate customer complaints and quality incidents

Collaborate with R&D and production teams to implement preventive actions and process improvements

For QC-focused candidates:

Conduct in-process and finished product checks in accordance with SOPs

Monitor CCPs and verify batch documentation

Collect, prepare, and dispatch samples for laboratory testing

Support cleaning validation, environmental monitoring, and micro sampling

Assist in calibration and maintenance of QC equipment

What We’re Looking For

1–3 years’ experience in a QA or QC role within the food, dairy, or pharmaceutical industry

Tertiary qualification in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry or related field

Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP and food safety systems

Attention to detail and a hands-on, can-do attitude

Good communication and documentation skills

Familiarity with export regulations, infant formula standards, or FSANZ/Codex requirements is a plus

Language Requirements

Mandarin & English bilingual proficiency is required

Must be able to read, write, and communicate fluently in both languages, especially for documentation and internal coordination
