Head Barista – Euro Patisserie | King Arcade – Armadale

Experienced · 5–6kg Coffee Daily · Leadership Role · One Weekend Day Required

Euro Patisserie is seeking a talented and experienced Head Barista to lead our front-of-house coffee operations. We’re a busy café known for our quality and consistency, serving 5–6kg of coffee per day — and we’re looking for someone who can take the reins with confidence.

What You’ll Do:

· Lead daily coffee operations, ensuring consistency and excellence in every cup

· Dial in espresso and adjust grind settings as needed throughout the day

· Maintain stock levels of coffee, milk, and all barista supplies

· Oversee and coordinate barista training, and performance

· Hire and onboard new baristas in line with our standards

· Uphold hygiene and safety protocols across all coffee equipment and workstations

· Deliver friendly, professional service and lead by example

What We’re Looking For:

· Minimum 3 years of high-volume barista experience

· Leadership experience or strong interest in a senior barista role

· Skilled on the espresso machine and confident dialling in consistently

· Organised, reliable, and proactive

· Strong communicator and team motivator

· Must be available to work at least one weekend day
