Saska Cafe has an exciting opportunity for a Barista with a positive can-do attitude to join our Cafe team. This opportunity is for Full-Time/Part-Time or Casual work, with flexibility to work weekdays and at least 1 weekend day.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the Café is operated in a clean and efficient manner, ensuring excellent customer service, with high quality Coffee in a fast paced environment.

About you:

To be successful in this role you will have highly developed standards of customer service, work well under pressure and experience in a similar role. This person will have the Saska Cafe Values, Community, Commitment & Enjoyment

To thrive in this role, you will need:

Experience delivering exceptional customer service in a busy fast-paced environment

Excellent communication skills

Posses a friendly, approachable and welcoming attitude

Understand and take instruction well

Key Responsibilities of this role include:

· Provide a warm, friendly and welcoming style of service to all customers

· Ensure the coffee area is clean and Machines are maintained to a high standard

· Assist with open procedures & Bar Area

· Prepare coffee to a high quality for customers

· Re-stocking of the coffee area

· Build Rapport with our loyal and new customers
