Triskele Labs is one of Australia’s fastest-growing cybersecurity companies. We deliver Managed Detection and Response, penetration testing, incident response, and cyber advisory services to clients across the country. With strong growth across our sales and delivery teams, we are looking for a dedicated Proposal Writer to take ownership of our proposals and give our team more time to focus on selling.

This is a key role that sits at the centre of how we win new business. You will be responsible for writing, formatting, and delivering high-quality, client-facing proposals that represent our brand clearly and professionally.

The Role

We are looking for a strong technical writer who knows how to bring clarity, structure, and polish to every proposal. You will be responsible for maintaining our proposal platform, currently Qwilr, and driving improvements to how we write and send proposals. You will also work closely with our Sales Director and Revenue Operations team to ensure the proposal process is streamlined and connected to our CRM, HubSpot.

Experience in cybersecurity is not required, but a background in MSPs, IT services, or professional services will be useful. You must be comfortable writing about technical subjects in clear, client-friendly language.

You will be expected to use AI tools such as ChatGPT to speed up your workflow, maintain consistency, and improve the quality and efficiency of your writing. This is not optional. The use of AI is essential to how we work.

What You’ll Be Doing

Writing and sending all client proposals across our service lines

Maintaining and improving proposal templates and content libraries

Managing our proposal tool (Qwilr) and exploring alternatives to optimise delivery

Working with Revenue Operations to integrate proposals with HubSpot

Collaborating with sales and technical teams to tailor proposals for each opportunity

Ensuring written tone and structure are consistent and professional

Continuously improving our proposal process and documentation standards

Using AI tools to improve speed, accuracy, and clarity in your writing

What We’re Looking For

Strong technical writing skills with exceptional written English

High attention to detail, structure, and tone

Experience using proposal tools such as Qwilr, PandaDoc, or similar platforms

Comfortable using and integrating content with HubSpot or equivalent CRMs

Ability to simplify technical service offerings into client-friendly language

Proactive, organised, and confident working across multiple stakeholders

Experience in MSPs, IT services, or professional services is an advantage

Willing and able to integrate AI into your daily work
