Triskele Labs is one of Australia's fastest-growing cybersecurity companies. We are building a high-energy sales team that thrives on chasing opportunities, opening doors, and closing business. We are structured, strategic, and growing fast, and we are now looking for a driven Business Development Manager to take ownership of the West Australian region.
This role is for someone who wants to get out there, win business, and be seen in the market. It is ideal for someone who knows how to prospect, thinks on their feet, and wants to be rewarded for every deal they close.
The Role
You will be working closely with our Sales Director and supported by a newly established SDR team and a dedicated Head of Revenue Operations. You will also have access to full marketing support, enablement tools, and all the training you need on our services and solutions.
This is a role for someone who is willing to do the work. That means cold calling, emailing, walking into businesses, attending trade shows, networking events, lunches, dinners, and drinks. If it gets you in front of the right people, we expect you to be doing it.
We follow a structured sales process including MEDDIC and BANT. You will be selling our full suite of services across your assigned West Australia territory.
What We Are Looking For
You are energetic, driven, and hungry to close business
You have strong sales experience, ideally in services or solution sales (this can include outside cyber and tech)
You know how to prospect, build pipeline, and convert leads into meetings and deals
You can think on your feet, adapt in the moment, and hold your own with any audience
You are structured, follow process, and make the most of your tools
You use AI tools like ChatGPT to write emails, prospect smarter, and stay productive
You work well with others and value support, but do not wait to be told what to do
How You Will Be Paid
This role does not follow a traditional OTE model. Instead, you will receive a solid base salary up to $120k and be paid a percentage on everything you sell. There are no caps, no thresholds, and no delays.
You will earn commission on all revenue you generate, with higher percentages for exceeding targets. The more you sell, the more you earn.
This structure is designed to reward driven salespeople who want control over their income and are confident in their ability to build pipeline and close deals.
You will have the support, tools, and team behind you. What you earn is entirely up to you.
Territory
This role covers the state of Western Australia. You will be responsible for your own patch, with full support behind you.
